How to Gently Write to Your Public Officials

THERE IS AN AUTHENTIC, LOW KEY EFFORT GOING ON RIGHT NOW.   We are tired of the yelling, screaming and bombast; the fake news the misleading headlines, and the overly emotional news anchors and reporters.  The future of our nation is at stake with the appointment of the incoming Cabinet Members.  You’ve found this page because you were looking at the nominees.  Here’s what you do:

One by one, people are mailing hand written Greeting Cards to their elected officials. These cards are intended to simply ask them to examine their consciences, look at their true values, and then vote on an appointment, a bill, and ordinance or whatever.  When we view each other a humans who love our families, care about our neighbors and communities, we begin to understand that we are more alike than different.

SAMPLE:  Dear Mr/Ms, I am simply an American Voter.  I, and you, care about our country.  Please as you consider the Nominees for the United States Cabinet, the President’s closest advisors, give some thought to what you want for your own family, your children, and your community.  I wish you wisdom and goodness because your burden is heavy as you consider the needs of all families, all children and all communities.
